Festival of Horses
Oct. 26 • 6pm

The Lehi Lariat Drill Team is an all kids horsemanship team that performs drills to music. This is a fast paced, precision drill that everyone will enjoy. The Southwest Horse Soccer Association also presents kids who will show you how to play “horse soccer” a very fun event that the whole family will enjoy. You will be amazed at how horses can kick a large ball throughout the arena and score a goal!

2nd Annual State Fair Police K9 Competition
Oct. 30 • 11am - 4pm
The Phoenix Police Department, in conjunction with the National Police Canine Association will be hosting the Arizona State Police K-9 Competition in the Grandstand arena. This event will test canine team's abilities in the areas of canine obedience, search techniques, obstacle maneuvering and tactical responses.

United States Armwrestling Championships • Nov. 5
Got biceps? The 9th annual United States Armwrestling Championships will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5 in the Arizona Lottery Backyard. Any Fairgoer can participate in this free event. Men compete in five different classes from 144 lbs to 220 lbs and up. Two Women’s classes include an Open and Lightweight (144 lbs and under) divisions. Prizes include the potential for earning a national ranking, as well as trophies. Registration begins at 11:00am, with competition starting at 1:00pm.
