Artists at the Fair (Plein Air)

Date: October 27, 2009
Check-In: 12:00pm – Fine Arts Department, Coliseum North Hall
Paint Time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Judging: 6:00pm

Contest Requirements:
  1. All participants must pre-register prior to participating.
  2. Contest is open to participants 18 years and older.
  3. Contest is limited to the first 15 entries.
  4. Participant must provide their own painting/drawing supplies, easel, canvas, stool, etc.
  5. Participants may use any medium of their choice (acrylics, watercolors, oil, pencil, charcoal, etc.) to complete their artwork.
  6. The Arizona State Fair will determine the subject areas and locations.
  7. Winning artwork will become the property of the Arizona State Fair.
  8. All artwork submitted will be placed on display for the duration of the Arizona State Fair.
  9. All artwork submitted will be photographed and the Arizona State Fair retains the right to use those images for promotional purposes.
  10. Premiums will be mailed within 30 days of the conclusion of the 2009 Arizona State Fair.
Entry Fee: $8.00          

Premiums: 1st $50.00; 2nd $25.00; 3rd $10.00 and rosettes
