County Outreach

Live outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area? County Outreach makes entering the Arizona State Fair easy as 1-2-3!

1. Select the items you would like to enter in the Arizona State Fair.
2. Mail in your entry form & fees.
3. Drop off the items you entered at the receiving location for your county.

We’ll pick up your entries and return them to you after the fair.

County Outreach Drivers will transport Floriculture (dried arrangements and dried wall hangings. Pack in box with bubble wrap, picture of display would be helpful).  Creative Crafts & Collections, Culinary Arts (Canned Goods only), Agricultural Sciences, Student Art and Technology, and 4-H (except food, live plants, and animals) entries. We are unable to transport Fine Arts due to the fragile nature of entries and Photography due to entry deadlines.
